Hi. I am Sarah-Lou.  Like many of us I am a person who has grown through trauma, mistakes, heartbreaks and sorrows but also joys, smiles and laughter. I understand now that with every moment that passes it makes us the individuals that we are today. I am uniquely me . You are uniquely you. I am patient. I am a genuine person. I will not give up. I am passionate. 'I am'  are the two words that belong to you. I have helped people all my life, from being a child I helped care for a poorly father, who had anger issues, helping clients re-habilitate a bad back, to being the person many have turned to when they just needed someone to listen.   Now as a 5th Dimension Earth Certified Healer this gives me the ability to try and get to the root cause of all this 'dis-ease' to help you Truly Heal and really help you START TO LIVE!
